1stFlip Flipbook Creator Steals from FlipBuilder

We have collected sufficient evidence to prove that 1stFlip stole the core libraries. In the core libraries of 1stFlip installation package, we found "flipbuilder.com" wording which labels the copyright of our company. You can check it out here. And since it is the official installation package of 1stFlip and it is marked with the identified signature – 1stFlip, we firmly believe that 1stFlip stole our product. Being a legitimate subsidiary of Wonder Idea Technology Limited, FlipBuilder was founded in 2008. And ever since then, we have been devoting ourselves to digital publishing solution and quality service. In the meanwhile, we have been always following the law and the legislation. However, our legitimate rights and interests are being infringed by 1stFlip Flipbook Creator, a new software company established in 2013. They are stealing from us! They stole our source code by some unjustifiable means and sell the disguised software on their website, which results in our great loss.

There is nothing surprising to find similarities in some design parts between two products especially in this field of software, and that was what we thought at first. However later, we found too much in common between 1stFlip Flipbook Creator and our FlipBuilder Flip PDF, which led to our suspicion of a willful infringement to our intelligence and brilliance. And after an effort of detection, our suspicion was proved to be right by a great deal of strong evidence as below (part of what we have detected) shows:

To protect our legitimate rights and interests, we have taken some legal measures. And in the meantime, we hope to send an alert to all of you who might be an unwitting buyer of this larceny company.
